Privacy Policy

LarpVault may receive:

• selfies or other photos you choose to upload,
• prompts or text you enter,
• basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as device, browser, or request data.

We use this information only to:

• process your request,
• generate AI images for you,
• deliver the generated result,
• maintain and secure the Service,
• and troubleshoot technical issues.

Selfies you upload are used only to process your image-generation request. We do not store uploaded selfies in a user database, and we do not store generated images on our servers.

Submitted selfies (including face data), prompts, and generated outputs are transmitted to Google LLC via the Google Gemini API solely to generate and return your requested image. This data is not used by us for any other purpose. Please review Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for information on how Google handles data processed through its API.

When you submit a selfie or prompt, that content — including any face data contained in uploaded images — is sent to the Google Gemini API (operated by Google LLC) solely as needed to generate and return your requested image. We do not share face data with any other third parties.

LarpVault does not require user accounts. We do not maintain account profiles, usernames, or stored account histories unless this changes in the future.

We do not sell personal information.

We only share submitted content, including face data, when necessary to operate the Service. Specifically, we share this data with:

• Google LLC (Google Gemini API) — face data and image content are transmitted to Google's Gemini API to generate your requested image,
• hosting or infrastructure providers necessary to operate LarpVault,
• or other service providers helping us run LarpVault.

We do not store uploaded selfies or generated images on our servers after the request is completed, except for brief transient processing necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable measures to protect information during processing, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

LarpVault is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective Date.
