Terms of Service

LarpVault is an AI image generation service that creates stylized images based on selfies, prompts, and other input you provide.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LarpVault. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

• You may provide selfies, prompts, and other content (User Input) to use the Service.
• You keep ownership of your User Input. You give LarpVault a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and transmit that input only as needed to operate the Service and generate your requested images.
• You represent that you have the right to use any photo or content you submit.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the images generated for you by LarpVault for personal use, and for commercial use only if LarpVault expressly allows it in the app or in separate written terms.

Because the Service uses AI:

• Outputs may be inaccurate or imperfect.
• Outputs may not be unique.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using or sharing them.

You may not use LarpVault to:

• Break the law.
• Infringe another person's rights.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Impersonate others in a deceptive or harmful way.
• Create illegal, abusive, or exploitative content.
• Create sexual content involving minors.
• Interfere with or abuse the Service.

We may restrict access to the Service if you misuse it.

LarpVault may be used without creating an account. You are responsible for your own use of the Service and any content you submit.

To generate images, LarpVault may send your submitted prompt and selfie to third-party AI or cloud providers strictly as needed to provide the Service.

LarpVault is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LarpVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
